I had the crappiest exam yesterday in AP Euro history. I studied and all, but the questions were so NITPICKY. Christ on a crutch. Anywho, this is gonna be REAL short. Sooo... yeah. Oh, and I'm pissed, cause there won't be a new episode of House until three weeks from now. I'm so depressed.

GAH! Has it been THAT long since I've updated? I'M TURNING INTO AARON! (Sorry, Aaron, if you're reading this, but it's TRUE.) Well, school has started, and it's going okay, so far. I'm in Drama (WOOT), and I just got finished writing an essay. Eleven paragraphs LONG. It wasn't hard..... just tedious.

Oh, and guess what. My computer STILL isn't working. There's something wrong with both the processor AND the mother board, so I have to buy both new ones. Grrrr. And I just got new episodes of Samurai Champloo, and I can't watch them with out a DVD-Rom drive (which just happens to be in my new COMPUTER.). Sigh. Life isn't fair. But, this is all trivial. I'm here whining about a new computer that won't work, and there are kids starving in third world countries.

Wow, that was really random. But true.

Anywho, I'm off to... Ehhhh.... OH! Watch HOUSE! (Got the Season One DVD. It's AWESOME.) MWAHAHAHAHA!

I have to go to Ocala tomorrow with my grandfather. The doberman puppy's getting his ears taped up again, so they'll stand up straight. Thankfully, he's not biting as much, and he knows his basic commands now -- sit, lie down, come; you know. But he still nips sometimes, and they still HURT. I'm covered in them.

My grandparents' ferret isn't doing too good. My grandmother's going to the special ferret vet tomorrow early in the morning. Over the phone, the vet thinks she might have hypoglycemia. She chokes when she eats and drinks. She's better at drinking now, but they have to force feed her food so she doesn't starve. It's so sad. But I think she'll be okay, this ferret vet is really good.

My computer is being a bitch. In fact, that's what I've nicknamed it: The Bitch. First, there's something wrong with the memory. Then there's something wrong with the processor. Then there's something wrong with the motherboard. They aren't bad parts, it's just that there's an error somewhere in there. My uncle's working on it now, and my only saving grace is that he's really nice - he's doing it for free cause I'm his favorite niece. Well, I'm his ONLY niece, but I don't like to spilt hairs. He thinks he's close to fixing it. And, the best part is, when it's all finished, I'm getting a wireless card. I can finally have the internet at MY house. YES! *Does happy dance* And, as a bonus, my uncle's putting Photoshop on it (FINALLY!) and all the episodes of Samurai Champloo. Haha!

I tried to upload a cool picture that I sketched, but it's taking WAAAAY too long. Like twenty minutes. So I'm saying, "Screw it, I'll put it up somewhere else." So look everywhere else if you wanna see the pic! But it was PISSING ME OFF. I tried sending it to my friend Jacky via AIM, but that didn't seem to work either. And it also takes a LOOONG time attaching it to a file. That's crap.

HUGE RAT SNAKE

A HUUUUGE rat snake scared the shit out of me yesterday. I had let Bosco out to do his business. After a couple of minutes, he started barking, so I'm thinking, "He wants to come in." I open the door, but Bosco's not barking at the door. Instead, he's barking at a huge rat snake sitting on top of the air conditioning unit. Uncoiled, it had to have been at LEAST five feet long. 'Prolly, it was longer. But it gave me the heebie jeebies. I had NEVER seen a rat snake that big before. At least, I'm pretty SURE it was a rat snake. Snakes don't usually creep me out, but this one surprised me. Then it slithered down the side of the air conditioning unit, and stretched out along side the house. When my dad went outside to mow the grass it was gone. . . When I went outside to look at it again - after I calmed myself, that is - it was really cool.

Just wanted to share the little adventure, ya'll!

And my uncle just described me as a combination of Daria, Foamy the Squirrel, Ben Stein, and David Spade . . . Which is so true.

PS: Saw the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie - and it was SO AWESOME! Big cliffhanger at the end, and now I'm mad. And now I have to wait for the third movie. Damn.

I feel bad that I haven't been calling my friends... It's not that I have forgotten you, or don't care about you, it's just that... well... I hate talking on the phone. I hate those drawn out silences you get when you have nothing to say. It's different if you're talking to someone in person, but on the phone, it's unbearable. This is a real random entry, I know, but I just wanted to clear the water about any misconceptions. I just hate talking on the phone. Weird, I know, but that's just the way I am. I hate answering it, too, but I am the Official Phone-Answerer in my house. Which is the pits, really, cause then I have to deal with telemarketers.

Anywho, for those of you who have my number (you know who you are!) give me a ring. I WILL answer. I'll always answer.

And as for not being on AIM, well... For those of my friends who know me well enough.... actually, at ALL, they know I don't have the interweb. I'm only typing this now cause I'm at my grandparents' house. By the way, the puppy's SO cute!

Went to the mall today with Jessica. Did nothing, really, cause I'm broke. Who goes to the mall when they're broke? Pfffft, apparently, I do. Anyway, the puppy's stupid hat-thingy is off, and his ears are all floppy. He's so cute. They're gonna tape them up in a week, I think, once his ears heal. And.... he likes laser pointers. It's so funny, he tries to bite it. :)

I'm gonna be bored tonight, but I'll have internet access.... I'm still gonna be bored though, cause the internet's weird......

Nothing new has really happened.... All I've been really doing is summer reading... :( It's not that bad, but I wish that there was more to do. But, I DID get a new video game..... I need to go to BAM again. :) Anyways....
